GENERAL NOTARY WORK

TRADITIONAL IN-PERSON NOTARIZATION

  • Each traditional in-person notarial act is $15 per notarized signature

  • Minimum charge of $50 for any mobile notary service, which includes 1 notarized signature

  • Each additional notarized signature is $15

ELECTRONIC & REMOTE ONLINE NOTARIZATIONS

  • Each electronic or remote online notarization notarial act is $25

  • Minimum charge of $35 for any electronic or remote online notarization, which includes 1 notarized signature

  • Each additional notarized signature is $25

TRAVEL & 
CONVENIENCE FEES

  • Fees determined by distance and travel time

  • Pierce County: $10-$50

  • King, Kitsap, Thurston, Lewis, Snohomish Counties: $50-$150

LOAN SIGNINGS

Loan signing prices are generally set by the closing company or signing service, but on average you can expect to pay the following prices for each type of loan singing:

 

  • ​Seller's Package: $125-$150

  • Buyer's Package: $150-$200

  • Refinance/HELOC: $175-$225

  • Reverse Mortgage: $225-$250
