Notary fees are based on several factors including travel distance, document complexity, and additional time needed for appointments at hospitals, rehab centers, nursing homes, or assisted living facilities. Full estate planning packages such as trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives require extra time and care, which may affect the final fee.

 

To ensure accurate pricing, please call or text me before scheduling your appointment so I can confirm the total fee based on your specific needs and location.

 

Appointment Policy

 

 

If documents are not available at the time of the appointment, are incomplete or not ready to be signed and notarized, or if the signer chooses not to proceed after I arrive at the signing location, a minimum fee of $50 will be charged.

If the signer is unable to provide a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of the appointment, a minimum fee of $50 will also apply.

 

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will also incur a $50 cancellation fee.

 

These fees cover travel time, scheduling, and the appointment block reserved for your signing.
